Inside REPEAT: A Formula Built for Repeat Effort

Training is rarely decided by one dramatic session. It is decided by the work that returns: the early alarm, the pre-session meal, the warm-up no one posts, the final rep, the extra pool length and the decision to do it again tomorrow. At IONDRFIT, we believe progress is built in those repeated moments. That is the thinking behind REPEAT.
REPEAT is not positioned as a shortcut to performance. It is a single-serve training ritual built around three purposeful components: creatine monohydrate, beta-alanine and a measured electrolyte system. The current development target places them together in one sachet because serious routines are rarely improved by adding more friction. If the goal is consistency, the support around the work should be clear, considered and easy to return to.

Three components, three distinct roles

The current REPEAT target contains 5 g creatine monohydrate, 4 g beta-alanine, and precision electrolyte targets including sodium, chloride, potassium, magnesium and calcium. This is not a “more is more” formula. Each component has a specific place in the wider performance conversation.
Creatine monohydrate is one of the most widely studied ingredients in sports nutrition. In Great Britain, the authorised claim is that creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise when a food provides a daily intake of 3 g creatine. That wording is deliberately specific. It does not promise a result for every athlete, sport or session. It describes a defined context for a researched ingredient.
In REPEAT, creatine sits as the foundation for athletes whose work contains repeated high-output moments: the second hard sprint, the final interval, the extra change of direction, the last part of a demanding set. The product does not do the session for you. It simply makes one evidence-informed component of a training routine easier to keep consistent.
Beta-alanine takes a different route. It is not a “take it once and feel transformed” ingredient. Beta-alanine is a precursor to carnosine, a compound found in skeletal muscle. The International Society of Sports Nutrition notes that regular beta-alanine supplementation in the 4–6 g range over a period of weeks can increase muscle carnosine and may be relevant to certain high-intensity exercise settings. The important word is regular. The research context is built around consistency, not a last-minute rescue plan.
The current 4 g beta-alanine target is therefore central to the REPEAT idea: a formula designed to become part of the day-to-day rhythm of training. Some people experience temporary tingling, known as paraesthesia, with beta-alanine. This is a known, dose-dependent effect that should be communicated clearly in the final product directions.
The third part of the formula is the precision-electrolyte system. Training does not happen in perfect laboratory conditions. It happens in warm facilities, packed schedules, long journeys, double sessions and everyday lives. REPEAT’s electrolyte targets are included to make a measured hydration-support component part of the same practical ritual. They do not replace a personal hydration plan, food intake or recovery strategy. Sweat losses and hydration needs are individual, and athletes should always respond to the real demands of their sport and environment.

One sachet, one standard

The point of bringing these components together is not to claim a magical synergy. It is to reduce the small barriers that make good habits harder to maintain. Three separate tubs can work. So can a spreadsheet, three scoops and perfect organisation. But a serious routine needs to survive real life: early mornings, full gym bags, travel days and the days when motivation is low but the work still matters.
REPEAT is built for that reality. Tear the sachet, mix as directed, and move on with the session. The product is one part of a much larger picture that includes training, food, sleep, recovery and discipline. It is not a replacement for those foundations. It is a clearer way to support the ritual around them.
